Welcome to Repra UK. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, stock issue, payment problem, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

2. Products

We do our best to ensure that product images, descriptions and colours are shown as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices and availability when necessary.

3. Returns & Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at reprauk@gmail.com as soon as possible and provide photographs of the issue, your order number and a description of the problem.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at reprauk@gmail.com and we will assist you.

5. Prices & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an order has been placed using an obviously incorrect price, we may contact you to arrange a refund or confirm whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price.

All content on the Repra UK website, including photographs, logos, designs, text and graphics, belongs to Repra UK or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
